"I purchased a Super Splendor bike from the Uppal Motors service center (Noida Sector 8) on August 31, 2025, and I went there for the bike's first servicing on October 26, 2025. I was charged a total of ₹965 for this, which included costs for engine oil, chain lubricant, oil filter, N2 gas, and washing & polishing. I was not allowed to stand and observe my bike's servicing. When I insisted that, since I was paying for the parts, I had the right to verify whether genuine components were being used, one of their employees, Mr. PREM CHAND, instructed the mechanic to stop the servicing and take the bike down from the platform. The mechanic then immediately began servicing another bike. Upon seeing this, when other customers joined me in raising an objection, another employee from the service team, Mr. Ram Ashish, had the bike put back on the platform and restarted the servicing. My first servicing experience was absolutely terrible, and I have decided I will never visit that place again. The service team there behaves very rudely with customers. If this is what Hero's 'free' service is like, I do not want it. When I have spent 1 lakh to buy a new bike, I can get it serviced outside by paying a service charge of just 150 -200. I regret choosing my country's company, HERO."

"Dear Hero MotoCorp Customer Support, I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the behaviour of the MCC Manager at your dealership. During my visit, the manager spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of assisting me as a customer, he behaved unprofessionally and refused to communicate properly. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable from a brand like Hero MotoCorp, which is known for customer service and trust. I felt disrespected and disappointed with the way I was treated. "I keep having to visit the showroom and the service center every other day, and I have to leave my Vida there for a day or two. The problem is that it shuts down on its own while running and shows some kind of "safe mode" message. When I reported this at the showroom and service center, they said it just needs a software update. But even after updating the software multiple times, the same issue keeps happening after a couple of days. So what I mean is, either have it picked up from here, which I had actually called the showroom manager about. But for the last three or four days, they've been saying they don't have anyone available to come and pick it up. I can’t bring the vehicle in myself because it breaks down in the middle of the road, and if it suddenly stops and someone hits me from behind, who’s going to take responsibility for that?"
